"It takes them no time to turn the water off, but it takes all damn day for them to turn it back on. Worst Ever."
"Literally called them as soon as they opened today that I had paid my water bill the night before for so they can come today to turn the water back on. They said it would be on today between 9am-12pm and I called them again at 12pm to see if someone went out there to turn my water on and they said they don’t know or they are not sure . and so I called them again at 2pm. I told them that this has happened before they would say it would be turned on today and it will never be turned on! they will wait two days till they turn it back on. when I had called them again for the 3rd time at 2. They said someone grabbed the paperwork and is on the way. Around 5:15 I got home and my water is STILL NOT ON!!! this is ridiculous and not okay and they just simply lied to me over the phone . And i see I’m not the ONLY person that deals with this . It’s just unacceptable. DO BETTER GA."
"I went in at 9 am to pay my bill to have my water cut back on, the office had closed before I could get off work. I call and ask about how long until my water gets turned back on its 3 pm now and still nothing...how do you have only one person for the whole town of hinesville this is ridiculous I keep calling and it's the same answer I got 5 hours ago hinesville is not that big for it to take more then 2 hours to get water turned back on with all these new meters they got yall need to do better it don't take you hours to come turn somebody stuff off so why it have to take half a day to get it turned back on"
"Worst utility service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been having problems since I moved here (just about a year). Our second or third bill was in the amount of over six thousand dollars (quite literally). When I called to fix the problem it took over two months to fix. Secondly, their website is always down or payments don’t populate on time so it’s been several times I’ve been forced to pay a late fee due to their incompetence. I’ve found that there is absolutely no way around this issue unless you physically go in during their work hours. My spouse and I both work, so their site always malfunctioning or not working is such an inconvenience unless someone can request off a slotted time during the work day. Their hours don’t accommodate vast majority of the working class. “Well why don’t you call in to pay your bill?” They don’t let you pay your bill over the phone. Recently, they’ve redirected me to call a different number to pay my bill through an automated billing system. Ideally, if it worked, you can call in, verify your account number and credentials, and pay your amount due. I’m assuming it doesn’t work because it pulls data from the same source the website does. Their systems tell you there’s no payment due/ account balance is zero time and time again, when in reality, the amount owed is supposed to post on the first of each month. So again, the only reliable option here is physically going in to likely deal with someone’s attitude. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? It’s safe to say auto pay for us is out the question after our initial six thousand dollar welcome. Definitely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but here I am, a year later, problems unsolved."
"I go around 11:30am to pay my deposit and get my water turned on. The lady tells me to be at the house between 1 and 5pm. I make it over at 12:50 and I wait wait wait some more. By 4:15, I begin to get annoyed and call to make sure they were coming. The lady says, "he has your request order and he just left 4-5 mins ago so give him some time." Okay so I wait until 5 and still nobody comes. I then call back and there is an emergency line for the water company. I speak to another lady and she takes my info and says she will page the on call person. Needless to say, 5:40 rolls around and she never calls back and nobody turns on my water. I wasted almost 5 hours at the house waiting and I paid a 100.00 deposit for what?? I am livid that I wasted so much time for nothing and I didn't receive a call or text letting me know that nobody was coming."
