Unfortunately, now he’s not a huge fan, but he does go when he needs to. lol. The staff at the Hinesville Lowe’s is extremely helpful and kind. Very good people."

"On this day July 14,2024.Worst experience I've ever had in lowes,in any state. I'm a military dependent so I've been to my share of stores. Employees were scarce and the ones who did help, or said they'd help. Never bothered to look for what we needed and left us standing in the isle waiting. When we went to check out, there were no registers open except self check and those lines were down the paint isles. The young lady who watches over those registers was the nicest person and extremely helpful. However, the other young man who was asked to help us in the concrete isle. He was the rudest, nasty mouth I have ever experienced in your store. At this time I will never return to your store."

"They don't carry everything I've needed the past few trips. Used to feel like mechanics got more love in the past but now not so much. One of the most recent trips I noticed that a lot of map gas cylinders were partially crushed/deformed and no one noticed. Even after pointing it out the staff didn't really seem to grasp the situation."

"I ordered a stove online during the memorial day sale. The stove was delivered one day after I purchased it online. The delivery drivers were quick, professional, had great customer service, were polite, and did an amazing job. Shannon and Raheel were the delivery drivers that handled my delivery. They did an amazing job. I hope you guys appreciate having such hard workers on your team. They definitely deserve to get compensated well for their hard work. I couldn't have hauled the heavy stove alone so I appreciate their work."
