"They don't answer the phone and when I was waiting in the "lobby" the owners mother was there watching soap operas while the owner was taking their precious time in the bathroom. The mother didn't even let the owner know that I was waiting."
"Outstanding Customer service Yhasmit is all about whats best for the customer. I had a different location mess up and couldnt get me the truck I had a reservation for. She had to call to get the reservation transfered and the lady we talked to over the phone was extremely rude and didnt have my best interest and ended up hanging up on us and deleting my reservation all together. But I walked out of there willing to use Uhaul again because of people like her! Thank you so much."
