Dollar Tree 2180 West 15th Street, Hinesville, GA 31313

"The cashier that was in there today working was rude and lazy. There were only about three or four customers in the store and no customers at the registers I called the girl at the register to ask a question we were five feet from each other. I called her several times and said mam she did not answer she was busy on her cell phone. I asked her about a product, where were the bottoms to the Tupperware that go with the tops she shrugged her shoulders and continued on her cell phone. If they continue to have people working there with that attitude they are going to lose a lot of people coming to that store. If you are working you should not be on your phone. She needs to be terminated or good help is hard to find. Customer service in Hinesville in most of these stores is really bad."

"It's evident that this dollar tree is short of workers, but to see 3 employees working on Christmas seasonal items were more laughing and joking than focusing getting products out on the floor, which is sad seeing as how the dollar tree near Harbor Freight had their Christmas seasonal items out by Halloween. This store could at least ask help from the other store. This isn't the first time where this store has had a problem getting seasonal items out on the floor."

"One of the worst dollar trees you can go to in the area. You can’t even walk down the aisles. You can’t view what they do have in stock because it’s blocked by stacked boxes and carts. Customer service is questionable, you have to catch them on a good day. It’s definitely dangerous to even walk in the store, you have to step over everything and pray you don’t fall and break your neck!"

"Like the rest of us, the Dollar Tree is the victim of failed Federal fiscal policy that is wreaking havoc on us working folks. Inflation has hit the Dollar Tree forcing them to pass it along to all of its patrons at the rate of 25%. Hope they don’t change their name to the Dollar and a Quarter Tree."

"The employees are very nice. The only thing is they need to get the mess out of the aisles IE boxes and etc and restock the shelves. It's hard to find anything in this store."
