"This is our goto and referral location for anyone needing storage units. The climate controls are the best. So, We needed space for our files boxes and other items. The first unit was not in a good location for our staff to get in and out. Contacted the office on Tuesday 8/6/24. CHRIS said, "Stop by, and we will see what we can do." Before we could hang up, CHRIS had a solution and quickly prepared everything. Stopped in... not thinking I would get CHRIS, but he was right there, and the most impressive thing was he remembered me and didn't even ask for my information to pull up the account info. That's customer services. Signed some new paperwork, and off I was to get back to work. When I say CHRIS was on it! I mean, he was on it. He was so professionally friendly and that's what we need in our service industry! Thank you, CHRIS!!"
