DICK'S Sporting Goods 863 Oglethorpe Highway, Hinesville, GA 31313

"Even though I don’t recommend this place, it’s Hinesville and people will still shop here. However, I need to make this snowing because I would like to see this corrected.. I initially went into go shopping for shoes when I went in I never got past if I needed any help by the lady working in the shoe department, so I ventured off into the bike section. I assume that the lady working in the shoe department was preoccupied doing some other , highly important thing that needed to get done for Dick’s Sporting Goods rather than to help a customer so I waited for the lady to come help me shortly after I was in the bike department, a gentleman walked up and she immediately stopped what she was doing to go help him. He told her what he wanted, and she brought him what he wanted and other options, I then proceeded to the shoe department and I tell the lady which I want and she tells me she doesn’t have it then I look at the shoe and I’m like oh it’s my size and then I ask her if she has another pair and she says no very bluntly very rude and didn’t even offer me or suggested another pair of shoes I felt as if she didn’t want me to be in the store then I try on the display into radios for somebody else to come to the department and a gentleman up by this time I was done trying on the shoes and I take them off and I hand them to and then I say thank you and walk away. The reason I did that is because I was not gonna give this store. My money after I was treated like that from the female worker I understand it’s not the male workers fault but I definitely want the female to get coaching and development or probably go through some more online courses on how to treat customers because the way she treated me! Again I don’t recommend people shopping at this place but I also know it’s Hinesville and people will not do that."

"First and last time ever going in this racist store. Young Caucasian woman with shoulder length hair was very rude when I asked her where something was as if it wasn’t her job. The employees stared me down as if I would ever steal something from their establishment. Then the young Asian lady decided to check the back pack up and down after I already paid for it like I hid something. Returned and got my $200 back asap."

"I only interacted with 2 employees. Rosie greeted me at the door and asked if I needed help. Apparently she radioed Nicole, bc by the time I walked to the cleats, Nicole had MULTIPLE options waiting in the size I needed. These ladies were awesome!!"

"Came in close to closing time in need of new runners. Richie was particularly friendly and helpful in my selection of shoes and I already feel so much relief in my arches and toe box. The other workers are just as awesome, but a special shout out to Richie! Thanks and good luck man!"

"Nice clean store in a convenient location. A lot of stock from across all sports to choose from, with surprisingly low prices on most of the items. Definitely a good stop for your sporting good needs here in Hinesville."
