"I'm 57 years old, they would not sell me cigarettes unless I scan my ID, then they lied and said it was Georgia law... It has not been passed into law for the state of Georgia. So they're not only Liars but I would think scammers. Won't be going back to this one"
"Be sure to check your receipts, every time!!! Also, once you see that they are false advertising their pricing on multiple items be ready to spend months emailing and calling customer service to get your money back! By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ILLEGAL FALSE ADVERTISING, OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS, AND EMPLOYEES CANNOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCUMMY BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT AN ENMARKET AGAIN!!!"
"4:50 pm I asked Kenny could I get some fresh coffee due to the coffee they had was burnt. He said "he doesn't make coffee at this time of the day" that was the first time I've heard anyone say that."
"I've went twice to enmarket (separate days) around 11pm and the cashier refuse to sell lottery tickets. First she said it was to late which was a lie then she said (with attitude) I can't train the new girl how to do it I gotta get home to my kids. Next time enmarket refuse service they can get ready for a lawsuit"
"On November 28, 2021, around 330pm, I went to this location to purchase $28 dollars of gas in cash. I had a twenty dollar bill and 8 ones. When I handed the short, caucasian woman at the first register my money and politely asked for gas, she huffed and said , “Oh Lord!”, and started to count my money in an aggravated manner. I said, “Wow, you can count 7 ones?” She replied, “This ain’t 7 ones”, then I responded, “Well 8 ones?” And she didn’t respond back. Moral of the story is, if she can’t count ones at a 24 hour gas station, in a busy military town, then she needs to be put on bathroom clean up duty and be trained on her math skills and on proper customer service. It was very rude of her to count my money that way. Please discuss this manner with her. She is the short, round, caucasian woman that worked around 330pm on November 28, 2021. I hope this manner is discussed with that rude employee!!"
