"Sheppard's Mini Storage is a great company because myself and my son rented two U-haul trucks since March 7, 2021. Mr. Sheppard's was kind and helpful to both of us. Mr. Sheppard's has great customer service to his customers. If you need to rent a U-haul trucks, boxes or supplies, get them from Sheppard's Mini Storage. "Placed a reservation 2 weeks in advance , I get a call the day I am supposed to pick up to tell me it’s not available. Like why would you call me last minute? Why wouldn’t you call me in advance if you knew you didn’t have one available."

"Had a reservation for a uhaul at yardie storage in Hinesville and when I went to pick it up the place was closed and locked up. Customer service said they were not in. I ran around to find another truck in the area and found one at Sheppard’s Mini Storage in Hinesville area. I guess because at this point I was desperate to get a truck, the owner took advantage of that. Not only was my initial reservation price almost doubled, the owner lied about me needing to have Safe Move. He said it wasn’t an option to decline and it didn’t matter that I had my own insurance. Upon return of the truck, the owner also added a gas fee to my bill saying the gas I returned truck with was 4 gallons short. I sent him a picture of the marking of the gas level on the contract and a picture I took of the matching level I returned it at and somehow he magically measured it was just a little bit short on gas. He apologizes for me being mad but refuses to correct his unscrupulous, fraudulent charges. This business nor the business at yardie storage cannot be trusted. Uhaul should be ashamed for the dealers they have representing their company."
