"It has been 9 months in trying to get our earnest money deposit back on a house we did not get due to the owner taking it off the market. The owners signed a 'release of funds' almost immediately, but we had been told several times that they had not, and the management at remax was working hard to get our money. We were assured on 1/2/24 that we should be reimbursed in a week or so. Today is 2/1/24, and we have left messages several times with no reply. We even stopped by last Friday to inquire, but they were closed."

"Maria Lannone... what a character, sent an offer for one of her listings and asked for a rejection letter if the offer was not approved. My realtor requested that it be sent back to us so that we could keep looking for homes. Maria refused. My realtor called her to explain that if our offer wasn’t excepted we were going to keep looking. She started screaming at my realtor(I could hear her about 15 feet away)... anyways rejection letter proves our offer was even showed to the sellers. I could hear the way this woman conducts business and I as the buyer told my realtor to pull the offer completely. I will not be putting a penny in this woman’s pocket."
