"Having lived here for some time now I can definitely say it's an amazing complex ran by a very reputable company. Maintenance is very reliable and the complex staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of green areas for my 4 legged friend to walk around and the sense community feels very welcoming! Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a great place to live!"
"Living here has been easy and very convenient. The property is maintained very well giving us a beautiful little neighborhood. Maintenance is always timely and very friendly. The amenities are always close and easily accessible for residents. I have lived in 3 different apartments on the property and each one has been cozy and meets all of our needs. "I've lived at Chateau Knoll for over 10 years. The apartment manager is excellent, the office staff are friendly, if something needs to be fixed the maintenance staff responds quickly. In addition, there are a couple of pools, tennis courts and they are pet friendly. Obviously, I wouldn't have stayed so long if it weren't a great place to live."
"I absolutely love living at Chateau knoll, especially if you have kids and a good location for them. Evening times they can play on the tennis and basketball court. The building has an amazing location, walkable distance to Hy-vee. Good staff, immediate response for any maintenance request, the work order repairs have always been fixed the same day. One more good thing is the nearby school and bus transport available for kids. Overall, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great, safe, and clean community."
"I have been living here for a couple of years and enjoy this apartment complex. In my experience, it has been clean and safe. It makes for a quiet neighborhood where families take evening walks and use the tennis court and pools frequently. My last apartment complex seemed to have a lot of dog owners, but I've noticed a lot more cats in windows at this one (I'm a cat person, so that's a plus for me). The leasing office has seasonal events and nice staff. I would recommend this place to most people."
