"Hampton was quick to take my money. Said work would be completed next day maybe 2 with weather but after 4 weeks he finally showed up. Didn't do what was in the contract. Did a cheap patch job and charged me for an entire side of the roof including new drip edge and underlayment and one piece of sheeting. They plugged it and threw on 5 or so shingles that didn't match. Avoid this company. Terrible communication, constant lies, not worth the headache."

He inspected everything from the roof down. Hampton has a very knowledgeable crew with various specialties. In fixing my roof, attention was paid to dry rot, flashing edges, rain gutters, windows, sky lights, rain spouts, and their run off. I learned so much walking with him during inspections. Hampton and his team did a good job on the roof, very neat and with clean up, they also took more debris than was theirs. "Contacted For Valor Roofing for a roof inspection, Hampton came out that day. After looking at the damage (lots of hail) he suggested I file a claim. Insurance covered everything but my deductible - got a full roof replacement, full gutter replacement, and my siding was replaced - all within 3 days! Easily the best roofing company in St. Louis.
