"I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were late opening and then very rude. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My wife called the day prior to ensure they opened at 8:00 AM and that the trailer would be ready. She was assured the trailer would be there and that they opened at 8:00. I pulled on the open door at 8:03 AM and entered to a man being very rude and going outside. I went outside and wasn't even acknowledge. The man then went back inside and after a moment or two of disbelief, I went back inside. He asked the lady behind the counter if she was ready to open and her response was I guess. I stood in the doorway for another minute or so and finally asked if the place was open. After the rude reception, I told the people I would contact U-Haul and find another place to rent from. I contacted U-Haul and they were very helpful and very apologetic for the place I had been at. They sent me to Bicycle World in Belleville, but they didn't open until 10:00 AM. The man there was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I would like to thank U-Haul and Bicycle World for making a very good experience out of something that started out horrible."
