"Not BBB accredited. I would give nothing but negative stars of this place. I was told about the 7 day return policy, not knowing about the 150 mile as well. I even asked if I get copies of the papers I was signing with the salesman, she said yes - I did not get said copies. Text to see if my truck I traded in was still there. Was told she didn't know, she would have to check. A few hours later, I text her and asked again. That it should be because I had 7 days. Took a day for a response. I was sitting at 140 miles and live over 30 miles from this place. was also told that her manager would contact me. That was a week ago. Still waiting for that call. The transmission is bad. I now have to take off work, get it into a shop. Get a rental for however many days it takes. But, they get their money and sleep well. I don't! How can a company knowingly sell a person something that is bad. There is no way the mechanic at this place did not know the transmission was bad!"
"I gave my adult child a ride to this service location LAST NIGHT to pick up mustang . had been waiting quite awhile for this appointment set for psi / tire issue / valve stem repair . I have to say the service here since purchase has not been good and after all this , feels like maybe even targeting my adult child for bad service. (?) WTH Just does not seem right to have an ongoing issue drawn out over time to simply receive more unacceptable car maintenance at this location . Also with one-off response as if…What can we do ?"
"I bought a car from this dealer. I felt like the car was good, the price was ok, etc. While negotiating a deal the salesman, not the finance guy texted me a rate and terms for the car. The finance guy refused to honor those terms. I was also told that my car would be detailed and brought available after we signed papers. It wasn't, so the dealership said they would deliver it to my house. I finally got my car four days later. I was quoted a price to buff out some scratches in the paint, and was to have a window fixed that leaked. It wasn't detailed (it wasn't even cleaned since the test drive), the scratches in the car were not taken care of and at that time the window that leaked was not repaired either. They did offer not to charge me on the buff out job."
"I live close to 2 hours away and to get a straight answer out of them was like pulling teeth, all I wanted to know was the final price and payment after asking 4 times I finally got it. Luckily I communicated via text or in my opinion they wouldn’t have honored our agreement because the finance manager asked to see my text about the agreed price. The financial manager Brandon should sale time shares, he doesn’t take no for an answer and his tone changes after you have to get firm with him. So if you go there just expect to be badgered about gap insurance, an extended warranty, and ceramic coating. Be careful what you sign and the price you’d agreed on because they will try to sneak things in that you don’t want. On a brighter note they have a great selection and the prices can be reasonable, just don’t let them sale you anything you don’t want and make sure you document everything in the process!!!"
"Everyone here was so nice! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable since we had just traveled 5 1/2 hours to buy my husbands truck. They had the lowest prices for our truck. Our salesperson was Mathew Goodson, a very nice man!!"
