"It was a let down of the HILTON name. The place needs to be remodeled. The furniture was worn and old. The tub had rust or something that you could not clean out at the bottom. The walls needed painting because you saw scuffs all over the room. I'm sure this is regular wear and tear, but what is maintenance for. I was very disappointed with what I thought was a luxury hotel. I did take pictures to confirm."

"A bit older in the rooms but it was a great stay I had no issues. Front desk gentleman was super friendly and inviting. I got in late luckily they have a 24hr pantry where I found this huge Cesar salad and it was good."

"The room was good, other than a noisy room unit. Also needed some maintenance as it also had a dusty smell. I know that these are difficult times, but to be a classy hotel, more effort should be instilled in the workers for better upkeep."

"Room was fine, but a sink in the bathroom was plugged with hair and I was too tired to complain. Couldn't use sink and they charge you if you drink the bottled water they leave in the room. On the way out, hubby stopped to get ice and two female employees were in the room screaming at each other and he thought it might get physical. Unprofessional and ultimately the least pleasant experience we had in our cross country road trip, even though it was double what we paid for other hotels."

"You'd expect a hotel with updated carpets/fixtures, etc., with a Hilton. Very clean, however. Staff was very pleasant. Room smelled very musty (although my friends room did not). Breakfast was no better than a standard continental breakfast, but you pay extra for it? Kept running out of things and didn't keep up with replacing items for breakfast such as eggs, gravy (for biscuits and gravy), coffee."
