"I was quoted one price, seemed reasonable and affordable, so I rented the car. Not knowing they double charged me $500.00 on my card.My card was $600.00 over the limit. I would advise everyone not to rent cars from this location. They pretend to be friendly people while financially stabbing you in the back when you return the card. Please be aware of their friendly scams"

"Do whatever you can to avoid this location as well as this business altogether. Mike called me a liar after I asked about a charge, and he said it was explained to us when we picked up our vehicle. I wouldn’t have had any questions if I knew what the additional charges were had the conversation happened. I read the policy we signed and nothing mentioned the charges. 1. I am extremely offended that Mike would insinuate and say that I’m lying to get money off my bill 2. The fact that the discussion never happened and I was clueless and confused about the charges really annoyed me. Also the charges were not explained as I checked the vehicle in and he charged our card. 3. I don’t appreciate his poor customer service and lack of concern or interest to address my questions and concerns. Checking in wasn’t pleasant either but I looked past that. The customer service was terrible all the way around. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. I rented through Budget because of the discount offered through USAA, however I wish I hadn’t. Yes you get a discount, but they make up for it with the false additional charges they add to your bill. I won’t be a returning customer, and I strongly recommend using other rental companies instead."

"What I thought was at first exceptional service, has turned out to be a nightmare. First they initially charged my card $150.00 which was fine I believed it to be the deposit. Upon returning the vehicle rented for unlimited miles but unfortunately I turned it in a little bit late, but not extremely late, but cleaned with a full tank) the initial $335.00 bill that was supposed to have been debited from my account, turned out to be almost $700.00. When I called they told me that's their policy, and the extra charges will be refunded in 7-10 days.which I didn't find in the paperwork and was not told....that was on the 3rd of this month. It is now the 15th and I still have the charges debited from my bank account. Which set me into the negative and I had to pay a charge for too by the way."

"Do not rent from this location! Rude and lazy! The guy behind the counter tried to shake me down for "excessive" dog hair. He said he would charge me $250 if I didn't come vacuum it out. I called corporate to dispute this, as it was leather seats, and not excessive, and I never had an issue before. I am getting my money back. Drive down the road to the other location! Friendly, professional service down there!"

"Rude. Argued with me when I returned the car because they saw "dog hair" in the back seat. I said That's how you rented the car to me as I have no dog. They got totally belligerent and said you are paying for extra cleaning. I said yea no that's your problem so stop harassing me. I've never been treated so bad in my life. Unprofessional at best. Will NEVER rent from them again."
