"I'm no longer surprised on how often I have great experiences no matter what location I visit. The location closest to my house was packed so I went here instead. I was there for an oil change and to have my wife's battery tested. They discovered a burnt out bulb and replaced that too. The battery was indeed bad, as it was already 5 years old. I actually didn't know for sure if they even had batteries there, but they do. One thing I have an issue with my wife's car is that it's a 12 year old base model Tucson and if you try replacing the battery the alarm goes off! They were confident that they would be able to replace it and proceeded to. As usual the alarm went off! They had me turn my key while another employee on the ground had to press a button under my dash to reset the alarm. They had me shut off and restart the engine a few times to make sure that everything was working as usual before bidding me farewell. Another great location and just another reason why I'll be a lifetime customer."
