Please note that we are closed on several holidays, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

"Similar to another reviewer, I got the wrath from the manager. Ive rented cars from various rentals companies over the last two decades, and never received worse treatment than I did here. I've also never had a worse rental vehicle! With the rental, I got a 2023 or 2024 Dodge Durango. I was trying to save the wear and tear of a long trip on my 2017 Elantra, but was very disappointed when the rental vehicle I received, that is 7 years newer than mine, didn't even have the same conveniences I expect in a rental. It was a basic stock model, meaning if it could have had manual windows it likely would have. There was no lane centering feature, or even lane alert. It didn't have auto-cruise control or auto braking. Again, not only features available on my car, 7 years older, but features I never would have even thought would still be optional in 2024, and features a rental company wouldn't insist on having. With the manager of this location, he ran out to check the mileage, and started threatening a cleaning fee due to 'dog hair'. When he said this, I instantly thought back to when he rented me the vehicle, and added 'you dont have any pets right?' which I found weird to begin with. I traveled alone to see my mom for mother's day. No one rode in my vehicle, and I had no pets in the vehicle or with me, and I only took 1 bag I kept up front with me. He told me if I went and vacuumed it out, he wouldnt charge me extra. I asked where I was supposed to take it to vacuum it out because I was from out of town and not familiar with the area. He said I don't know where people take them to get vacuumed out. Maybe a gas station? So not wanting to get charged. I figured I'd just drive to the gas station down the road and vacuum it out real quick to save myself money and not have to argue with this difficult person. The gas station a couple doors down had a broken vacuum machine. The next gas station I was able to find didn't even have a vacuum available because it's a rough area. So I went to Walgreens and got a lint roller and just lint rolled the car in anger. I was lint rolling hair that was not from me or anyone or anything I know. I was furious. This dude added an unnecessary hour to my life that Avis would have charged me an extra day for if it had to do with when I returned the vehicle, and you are all witness to any follow-up comments, to see how eager they are to make this right. This dude is obviously an issue, and losing me as a customer is all the proof that should be needed. (Before I vacuumed it out I took a picture of the backseat the best I could to show how petty he was being.)"
"The van was promised at noon. The manager called at 10:30am and told me the van needed four new tires before I could pick it up. Though I appreciated the new tires, I had not planned to pick the van up four hours late. The van also smelled so strongly of air freshener that I wondered what odor was being covered up. I've never rented a 12 passenger van before, but getting one that was older and not in great shape wasn't what I expected. Over all, "Moby Van" (as my family name it) worked for our needs."
"Agent was very polite and attended to needs as soon as I entered the room. Located reservation and assigned a vehicle quickly. His explanation of the fees and vehicle requirements for receiving and returning was very straightforward. My experience was hassle free and the contract issued without hesitation. Very professional. I would recommend Avis to anyone."
"The initial agent at the airport location was quick and efficient, unfortunately the car smelled like smoke. I had to wait again in line for an exchange and the agent didn’t really acknowledge me and walked to the parking lot, walked to the back my not addressing me this took 15 min of standing around. The original agent saw me and jumped into action and I had a new car in 2 min. The car was in pretty bad shape on the outside. The shuttles at the airport from Avis do not start running until 6 am. My flight boards at 6:30 am which was not going to be enough time. so in reviewing options I was told I I could walk 1.5 miles in the dark with luggage. I couldn’t believe it. Complete shock at the lack of caring and concern and robotic responses. I would not recommend Avis. I travel often for work and my industry is also customer service based. I would NEVER treat a customer in this manner."
"Worst service from any Avis. The owner\manager of this branch made me drive back to take a napkin a cup out of a cup holder. I've never had to take every item of trash out of a rental car and then be treated poorly. Threatened a $100 cleaning fee and the entire time I was there was rude and loud. He made me stand 10-15 feet away but he would walk right over to other customers and stand next to them. I've added photos so you know what he defined as "trashed." Better off at another rental company."
