"What an unpleasant 5 years. After we decided to drop Comcast/Xfinity, after 5 years of bad customer service, after years of undependable service, after years of trying to get them to fix a hub in the front yard with just putting a new top on it. They then decide they want to make it right... We already switch to fiber optics. The speed is much better, the cost is half of Comcast. Then I realized I made a huge mistake!!!! I should have dropped them 5 years ago!!!"

"I have my modem and equipment, but need service for wiring. I called scheduled appointment for u to cancel it and tell me the company doesnt cancel appointments. horrible service. U cancelled my appointment and now I have to wait another week. You took the money and went into my account and cancelled my appointment. This is ridiculous. Then being on a phone for hours and not patched to a supervisor when I asked multiple times!!! This is a horrible start to my service!!!!! Will not be recommending but hopefully you guys show up and not cancel my appointment AGAIN... here's a copy of my confirmed appointment your representative cancelled without AUTHORIZATION!!!!"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Xfinity gave me a defective stormbox. We tried to set it up multiple times, it doesn't work. It's been over their 30 day "policy" and they won't take it back or offer a refund. I've talked to managers, different departments, etc. They won't offer a credit or any type of benefit for the time they've consumed & inconvenience and they are charging me 250+ for this equipment THAT DOES NOT WORK. They are effectively scamming me and stealing my money. There is no contract in place, simply a "policy" they refuse to work around despite the circumstances. Don't waste your time with this company or EVER fall into the trap of their extra products."
