Lead by Ms. Janice, Ms.Brittany and Ms. Fee, constantly went above and beyond what we expected, coming from the other T-Mobile store(horrible) almost stopped us from going to T-MOBILE, but these ladies made us life long customers. I don't know how much they get paid, but it's not sufficient for their efforts and dedication."

"Atmosphere in this T-Mobile was completely unwelcoming and very nasty. As one of the T-Mobile employees approach me. She wrote her eyes at me as if I was a bother to her. I’m sorry to say but if you do not like customers coming in your store please do not work there. Before even greeting me or saying anything she was already asking for my information which I did not want to give because I was asking a simple question that had nothing to do with my account. The Atmosphere with this team member specifically black Woman puff ponytail just was completely nasty and disgusted and I honestly would never come back to the T-Mobile again if I knew what type of people that y’all hired"
