"I don’t knew the guys name but I went to trade in my ps5 controller and buy a different and he was extremely rude when we gave him our number he said “well it’s a free account so you don’t get anything” which we never asked to begin with.. then he after I was already quoted at $30 for trade in value he just assumed that it was broken and wanted to give me less and when I said something he then plugged it in and because it was a millimeter off center (zero stick drift) rudely told me that he was right and proceeded to give me an attitude up until I left the store.. extremely poor service and will be not shoppi my there while he’s on shift anymore. Not someone I would want representing my company"

"John is the manager at this store DONOT go here. How and why would GAMESTOP make this man a manager. I felt totally disrespected going there and speaking with him. I was only changing out a controller that I have warranty on and he says u have to have the original packaging. I told John I’ve been here before and this is the first I’m hearing of this. John’s then says well I’m telling you that’s the policy. John then asked for my phone number to look me up in the system and lo and behold I said the number to fast for JOHN and he told me to take it somewhere else. Cool I leave then return and asked JOHN for the store number he says 102 after going back and forth with me for a second. I now proceed to call corporate who tells me that there is no sick policy in place that I would be getting a pre owned controller back and it’s not in its original packing so we don’t ask for it on returns. So now JOHN has made up his own policy for customers he decided that he wants to give a hard time …I will continue to contact there district manager until this issue is resolved…but until then DONOT spend your money at JOHNS store ."
