"I usually dont have any problem at this gas station until this past Saturday close to 5pm. I paid in cash for gas and the pump read ten cents more like I paid with credit so before I pumped the gas I went back inside the store to ask why and the clerk said Id have to come back some other time because he couldnt change it so I asked for my money back and he totally caught an attitude. I went back out to hang up the pump and returned he had the cash in his hand and on my way out he told me to never come there again. I replied Ill come back here whenever I want. Hes like I wont serve you. I did nothing wrong but asked why the pump was 2.99 instead of 2.89 when I paid in cash. Geesh. This person should not be working with the public. As I was heading back to my vehicle, a man drove up next to me and said the clerk was having a major meltdown and many customers were goin back and forth with this clerk."
"The young man at the Seabrook location pumped my gas for me. I have a problem with my hands and did not have enough gas to get home. He refused to take a tip. He tools me to give it to someone who really needed it. When I told tthis story to someone else they were not surprised. They said he is always polite and kind to everyone."
"The most extremely rude man behind the counter. I'm from out of town and this is my first trip to the station. My 3500 Ram truck was empty and wanted to fill it up before hooking to the RV. My first attempt at using a credit card did not work, tried it again, same result. Tried a different card and it starts to work then says "please wait" after a few minutes I went inside to ask the attendent to reset the pump. The man points at my truck and very loudly asks me "is that your truck"? I said yes. He yells, "your taking up two spots" I'm like what? He yells it again. The spots in this station are tight and straight (90 degrees from the road) not tilted like a well build gas station with easy access. The guy was pissed at me. I'm like, please just reset the pump so I can fill up and I will be on my way. He told me "GO MOVE YOUR TRUCK" and I will reset the pump. I could not believe how rude this guy was. He actually watched me pull up, "ruled me outside the lines". Then held the pump so I couldn't get gas. Then waited for me to go inside so he could yell at me. Did he actually think I would move my truck ten inches over then give them $130.00 for fuel. If I were the boss or owned this place I would fire this jerk in a heartbeat. It's not like this place was busy. If he would not have stopped the credit card reader, I would have been full and gone long before this deal ended. I went right down the road and purchased gas for the same price. This guy is shockingly rude for no reason at all! I would never step foot in this place again."
"I came here because I had a discount through the Gas Buddy app. The fuel β½ pump was able to process the transaction. The area was picked. Only one pump was out of service. If you pay in cash, you get a discount"
"Had an issue on pump 4, it kept acting like my tank was full when it's very much almost empty. The cashier I got was polite and capable, quickly transferred my payment to a different pump. My only issue was that someone is obviously smoking inside. Just opening the front door is like getting hit in the face with an ashtray. Everything seemed clean and in order, but boy that smell."
