McDonald's

"PLEASE DO NOT STOP HERE IF DRIVING ALONG THE HIWAY..PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM.. THIS IS MORE ABOUT MANAGEMENT NOW.. I placed an order in the app. Have the person at the drive through the number I am supposed to give. She said she couldn't find it.. So she said to just give her the order of what I wanted.. To which I did.. I them pulled forward as asked and told them my order number to which he said he couldn't find it.. Or what I told the woman at the drive through. He said to just pull forward and they would get it.. them when I get to the second and last driver through window she hands me an order that was wrong so I said this is the wrong order..I tried to explain myself to the young lady at the window but she said that's what you ordered you'll need to just go though the drive through again.. Well needless to say I wasn't going to do that again with the issue I just went through or think that I should have to.. so then I asked to speak to the manager who did come to the window and told me that's my order that's what you ordered.. Before listening to me explanation of what happened or anything I again tried to tell him that wasn't my order.. anyways.. He never listened.. or tried to make it right.. Or apologize.. it was busy.. It was noon on a Thursday.. But hey that should be regular business for a McDonald's and as a Manager.. to talk to a customer that way.. He either doesn't care or is just not fit for customer service.. Hey things happen things go wrong but it is how you handle the situation.. sure my bad experience wasn't obviously affect this stores revenue.. nor will the 3.7 score this place has.. But hopefully reading this review will make you think twice before choosing this location before anything else in the area.. Until Allen is replaced."

"Tried to walk in, but the door was locked. It's not even close to closing time. Saw another customer inside getting food, so I assumed the door would be unlocked. It wasn't. An employee came up and told us to go through the drive through very rudely"

"They have registers that are unmanned and a woman that will force you to use the kioski without instruction on it and then when your orders called if you don't move at the speed they want they will then carry the food to you even if it's a take out order....unless you want to be pushed around by staff on your time this isn't the place to come.."

"I was at the drive through, with my husband. We got a quarter pounder with cheese, and some fries opened it as I left. The burger had 2 bites taken out of it. Be careful with this outlet. If someone thinks it is stupid or funny to take two bites out of your burger imagine what else they could be doing to your food. I returned here and they did provide me with another fresh burger and free fries but I am not a hundred percent sure if this food is safe to consume."

"This is not a great McDonalds. We recently visited this location while traveling and used the drive thru. When receiving a soda, the soda was literally overflowing. There was so much soda on the lid that it actually dumped all over my car and all over the person who received the drink. I went into the McDonalds to get some napkins and the restaurant itself was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the stalls didn't lock. I'm not sure if it was just an off day or something but I am incredibly disappointed. This location was also not easy to get to. The lot itself is on the smaller side so parking is limited. Trying to leave the location was also a hassle. I recognize that accidents happen all the time but I am just incredibly disappointed (and my car smelled like Dr. Pepper for the duration of the trip)."
