"Old urine and hairs were all over the toilet at check in, I found short black hair in my breakfast every single day of our stay. Bed was horribly hard, no one bothered shoveling or salting the side entrance so my husband had to do it so we could leave. You have to get the pool towels from the front desk, but the majority of the time no one is there, so we did not utilize that. You can't charge the card you have on file for the pantry area, so make sure to bring your cash/card. The room itself was very spacious and the morning shift staff were very nice. The hotel is very close to anything you'd need, but I wouldn't stay here again."

"I had a lovely stay here. I thought the rooms were very spacious for a 3 star hotel and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly delicious with plenty of hot items and grab-and-go options. Plenty of channels on TV. The pool seemed a little off regarding its chemistry and the pool floor was messy. And I feel the front desk could have been a little more welcoming but they were still very helpful. Short drive to the beach as well as Massachusetts. Some very good restaurants, gyms and shops nearby. Overall very good hotel for an affordable price!!"

"What is it with the light in these places, it feels like you’re in a hospital maybe even worse because it’s not only in the hallways, but also in the rooms. The whitest light you’ve ever seen. No warmth, no glow, nothing inviting about the place. Why is it so difficult to buy warm colored lightbulbs and put them into a Hotel. Into the bedside lamps for example. One of the basic things Disney works with is a warm glow of lighting. However, somehow, in today‘s world, we only watch these cozy places on TV. In the meantime hotel owners/managers make us feel like we‘re with in a hospital like environment. The staff was lovely and overall the hotel seems decent. There are some minor funky smells in some of the rooms, nothing unusual, but its really the lighting that messes things up. Update: the rooms smell disgusting. Upon first entering I thought I could bear it but when I layed down to sleep even the bed smelled bad. Like a mix of old people and axe body spray. The mattress was super uncomfortable. The blanket too cold. No blanket or water in the room. The breakfast was bad as well. No healthy options. Plastic cutlery (who still does that in 2023, especially in a hotel). Overall, one of the worst hotels ever."

"Excellent! So clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is great that the mall is across the main road. Breakfast was fresh. Usually free breakfasts are terrible. The Best Western takes care of every detail. Will stay again"

"I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff and service was amazing. The pool was relaxing and so clean. We had the best room, one-bedroom suite equipped with everything you need. Coffee tea and hot chocolate were available 24 hours. This place is immaculate and most definitely well-managed. The included breakfast buffet delicious, so much to choose from. Also it's right up the road from the Brook casino if you looking for a little gambling. We come to Seabrook for the tax-free shopping as every store is available a minute away. We booked again for next month for a little getaway and shopping."
