"I will never shop at this store again. Between myself and girlfriend, we spend hundreds of dollars in this store every week. Last week a woman was in line and her card kept getting declined, she swore it was a problem on their end but I figured she was embarrassed. I told her I’d pay for her and to pay it forward. I go to use my card and twice it was ran and didn’t go through. At that point I thought wow, she was right but I pulled the cash out of pocket and paid for both of us. Three days later, my card got hit with both transactions. They told me if a charge was to go through, just come in and they’d made it right. It’s been nearly a week of arguing with their management and they refuse to give me the money back, “why do we need your money”, the manager keeps saying. The fact that we spend easily 7k per year in that store, shows the have zero customer loyalty or care for the community. I am absolutely baffled by the situation on so many levels. I will never shop their again and will tell this story to every person I know. Being that I’m involved in this community on a large level, this store will lose much more than my business."
