"I 100 percent recommend VIP Seabrook. I am a first time customer, with a vehicle recently purchased. I had not 1 but 2 nails in my tire. I was greeted kindly. My vehicle was immediately taken into the garage. I was not pressured on any kind of upsell. The tire was extremely reasonably priced.I felt confident in what was explained clearly to me. I received a call today my tire was delivered. Again, friendly, and welcoming. I was able to see my vehicle from the clean, comfortable waiting area. Free wifi and coffee. The vehicle is given a thorough once over for any future work needed. It was a quick tire change. I asked about an oil change. I was quoted an a terrific price. And back in the garage it went. Totally accommodating. The guys are diligently working on some frozen bolts, during their lunch hour. I am grateful to have found an honest, and fair priced place to bring my girl. "My wife and I were in the area this Sunday and experienced a side wall tire issue. We went to VIP Seabrook. The tires we needed were available but would take a day to be delivered. Since we live on Cape Cod and needed to return home for work that wasn't going to work. Mike asked if we had a spare and said take a seat we'll take care of it. They pulled it right in and had me back up and on my way at no charge. Excellent customer service even though I wasn't purchasing tires. Thanks again Mike."

"I stopped in at the Seabrook New Hampshire store today and had a pleasure meeting Mike Reagan, the manager of the store. I saw that they weren’t too busy so I swung in to see if he could do an oil change and a tire rotation. He was very nice and told me that if I gave him 20 minutes he could pull my truck in and do it right then no appointment needed, so that worked out great. Got great. Service guys did a great job working on my Tires all rotated, cleaned the rotors before they put the tires back on. And completed the oil change and no time at all. Very very impressed. Good crew I’ll definitely be back at that store. Been doing business with VIP for 40 years now. Love it. Regards, John Waters"

"Refreshingly honest. I’ve been driving for over 20 years and before this visit have never been able to leave a tire or oil change shop without their “free inspection” telling me about a dozen issues with my car that I would be crazy not to fix. I can thankfully say that this is not the case at VIP. I went in to have my winter tires put on and was seen immediately. They inspected my car while I waited and told me it was in excellent shape, and they didn’t try to get me to pay for a handful of additional services I did not need. That is incredibly refreshing these days. I will be back!"

"Had a tire that was going flat the day before Thanksgiving and had a hard time finding anyone that could fix a tire. These folks got me in quickly and did a great job fixing the tire (the right way, taking it off the rim to fix inside the tire, not just a plug). They took a quick look to make sure there weren't other issues and we were on our way quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them!!"
