"Absolutely pitiful staff members. Don’t come inside at all!! The gas is fine but the shop and staff are insanely disrespectful"
"Verbally accosted because I dared to use the second public bathroom that the staff has cordoned off for them. Meanwhile there’s a 15 min line at the other bathroom. Horrendous treatment of customers."
"I visited this station to see a friend and buy an iced tea from the Dunkins inside. Within a couple minutes of being there a guy came over from behind the gas station counter to purchase something from the Dunkins and told me if I wasn't buying something to leave. This was pretty unlike my experiences in the past so I looked to my friend for guidance as the man continued to get aggressive. Then they continued to escalate the situation by having the gas station cashier come over and tell me if I didn't buy something or leave immeadiately they would be calling the police. I was pretty flabbergasted by this point so I made my purchase and started to leave. Then the original man with the white hair came over and took my picture on his phone, without consent just did it. Telling me I won't be coming here again. I probably already wasn't planning to shop here again but after that it sounds like the employees want to ban me. I don't think having stories like this spread is exactly good for business. Shop here at your own risk, I know I won't be doing so."
"A basic gas station that won't let your kids use the bathroom. In fact they were quite rude about it. Come on, little kids can't hold it all day. I told my son this was the Live Free or Die state and he should go live free in the nearby bushes. He's quite a trendsetter as I saw several other drivers living free in the same bushes by the time we filled the gas tank."
"The employees do not wear masks and do not require customers to either. I asked the cashier (who I waited for as she chatted unmasked to the DD employees who were masked) why no one was wearing them and she said "do you want me to put it on - and do they really help" Really?? It was a very sarcastic and ignorant encounter. Im telling my friends and family to stay away. Too bad because it is very convenient but our lives are more important"
