"I don't like to leave bad reviews because I know what it could do for a business, but this one is pathetic. Called a week ago to express interest in a vehicle and made an appointment with Rose Rosario. Confirmed the appointment the day prior and explained that we live 1 1/2 hours away. On our way there, a half hour before the scheduled appointment Rose called and disclosed that a deposit had already been made on the vehicle, and the vehicle had a salvage title! Neither the listing site nor their website mentioned the salvage title, which would have saved us the 2 hours of wasted time and fuel. This establishment is a sleezy used car dealership that gives others a bad name and should be avoided."

My car was in mint condition for the mileage and overall a complete steal. I was greeted with politeness from the first phone call to the goodbyes as I drove away. This family owned dealership has an atmosphere that made the process feel more like a friendship than a business deal. I was allowed to take the car for a test and there was no pressure to buy a car. Rose and her mother were very informative throughout the entire purchasing process and also helped me understand state required steps to take post purchase. I had never bought a car from a small family owned business but i have to admit they made the whole car buying process very easy and overall i had an excellent experience. "I bought my car from the Auto Brokers of Salem in April 2014. I really love my car, its reliable and I bought it in nearly perfect condition (considering it is 7 years old) and I had a great experience with the salesperson. My car had a salvaged title from New Hampshire. My salesperson told me that because I live closer to Boston, Ma that the RMV would be a little confused by the New Hampshire State Police approval letter of my car and that if they called the NH state police that they would confirm the documents validity. She was absolutely right. The RMV clerk in Watertown, Ma "had never seen this before" called the state police in NH and next thing you know I was off into the sun set driving my new wheels. It was really painless registering my car with a salvaged title from NH because these AutoBrokers had done their part and provided me with all the documents I needed and of course a really good deal on my car."
