"Alexis at this shop is the man to see!! Ordered 4 truck tires online, went to the shop and Alexis was hands down the best mechanic I have ever had the please to deal with. The manager onsite was great as well but I was helped by Alexis who installed my new tires. I have gotten many tires over the years and have typically gone to town fair tire but after a bad experience with them I figured I'd give Walmart auto center a try.. the price is right too.. great shop and great service"

"Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I had placed order for 4 set of tires to get delivered at the shop and had scheduled and installation appointment. Somehow, my order got delayed and then automatically canceled. After talking to customer service online, they said that set of tires were delivered at the shop. I got a call from the shop saying that my tires are available in the warehouse after my online order was cancelled. Luckily, I was able to get the tires but then I had to wait to pay for my purchase for about 45 minutes because they asked me to pay for my order at the store and the price difference was higher than original price. The staff was helpful but they took time for the payment because of not having enough rights to override the system for a large amount difference."
