"The service provider didn’t interact with and at all. He told me sit inside then when it was done told me the total I owed. I got my receipt and on it was a list of things that said they did to my car. I find it hard to believe they did anything other than change the oil I was in and out of there in less than 15 min. I used to go there all the time. I don’t think I will be coming back very disappointed oh how much the quality of jiffy lube has gone down"

"I cannot express how disappointed and taken advantage of I feel. I came in for oil change, and had a headlight that I had a bulb for, that I asked the employee if they could pop in if I paid them a few bucks. He said sure. I sat there for well over an hour, almost two. I could see clearly the minimal time spent at my car. He then took me to my car and said he took out headlight and all it was was an unplugged connection. Light worked. Didn't even need to use my bulb. For that they tried to charge me for one hour of service ?? They then did me a "favor" and reduced it to $22.00 to do 2 minutes of work. I am furious and so disappointed. I will never be back and will be sure to share this experience. I am new to area and was hopeful I was dealing with a trustworthy company. ((Would also like to add as a small sidenote, that they also refused to use my Jiffylube coupon because they said they were Jiffylube Total Care, not Jiffylube.. which is ridiculous in and of itself.. so I spent $40.00 more on overcharges and refused coupon))"

"Kid behind the counter couldn’t change the TV channel when I asked, and 4 adults were subjected to a sponge Bob cartoon while we waited. He didn’t even bother to try. I also asked him if the resets were done on my BMW regarding oil change mileage, brake fluid etc. the kid said they were all done. I paid my bill and went to my car. Once I checked, none of the resets had been done. The other worker said they couldn’t do resets. I would have to bring it to a BMW shop. Yet the kid said it was completed like he did it himself. Untrustworthy, lazy worker. The employees at the Nashua Jiffy Lube who I went to before were Efficient, knowledgeable , kind and well spoken. Two women by the way. So overall I wasn’t happy with being lied to and put off."

"Very nice staff. As a girl I didn’t feel undermined or taken advantage of. The stuff I as upfront and realistic. Matt was a very pleasant mechanic and ring me out kindly as well"

"Worst place to get an inspection. Failed vehicle because of headlights which were seemingly ok by the other staff. Then told me to come back after his lunch to correct issue but left. Also, will sell you services you don’t need.beware"
