"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought a 2011 Ford F-150 pick up in January of 2022. I had shopped for months for a truck. Once I found the vehicle with no rust problems and low mileage, I made an offer. Two days later I drove the truck off the lot. Another two days later the check engine light came on. I brought it right back to Husson where the salesman Rich told me that his check engine light was on all the time. "Yeah Rich, but you didn't just pay over $19,000 for a vehicle that can't pass inspection did you?". The code came back as catalytic converter. I was upset, but I let Luis Guzman have a chance at making this right. Husson took my vehicle and tried to fix the check engine light issue. They flushed the catalytic converter with some cleaning agent. The check engine light was off when I picked it up the next day. Cam right back on the next day. Luis Guzman then had the Husson mechanics replace the bad catalytic converter. Luis kept telling me "You didn't even have to pay the deductible of $1,000." Screw you Luis. I should have gone right to the NH Attorney General after what I else I learned. As I sat in the sales office of Husson Motors, I told them that I was not happy at all with the situation. I have lost the use of the truck for about 10 days now. No replacement vehicle. As I sat their Luis said to people in the office. "We had a vehicle come in with a check engine light issue". Turns out that they replaced a back window and they say they had to disconnect the battery to do this. That would turn off the check engine light. It would make sense that once I drove 100 miles or so the check engine light would come once I purchased the vehicle not knowing about the check engine light that they had experiences. August 2024 now. Check engine light still comes on. I have been able to get stickers. It goes off long enough to get a sticker luckily. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Husson again. --- Their response falls short. A deductible for an issue that arose two days after I bought the vehicle."
