"We first met Mike and Team Szakos at their free First Time Buyer event at Flatfish Brewery in Camarillo! We were just barely thinking that it was time for us to find out more information about buying our first home. The seminar was also partnered with CrossCounty Mortgage. The first thing that was apparent to me was how well these two groups worked together. Throughout the presentation from Team Szakos, I could feel how genuine they were. They spell it out to you right from the beginning. They want to be THE best place to work in Ventura County. Not even just real estate. Of everything. They wanted to be the best. That stuck in my head, and the more I talked with Mike and other agents, it was clear that this goal echoed through the entire team. We set up a meeting with Mike and one of his team members to kick things off. I was really impressed by their offices and all of the guarantees that are offered. The main relator we were working with there had to step away due to some outside issues, and another team member stepped right in, without missing a beat.
