"I was severely injured at this hotel. A towel fixture came off the wall and hit my big toe causing a serious contusion. The hotel staff did NOTHING but file an incident report and offered and urgent care to which I HAD TO PAY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Didn’t even offer to comp the room! Below are photos of my toe injury."

"Musty Rooms, Noisy Freeway and they tried to charge me $30.00 for a dirty towel. Wanted a "Nicer" Place to start the after Christmas LA excursion for a little Quiet after coming in from Sin City.. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT IT !! Office Staff no where to be found to check in.. Breakfast coffee was watered down and No Cream anywhere to be found. Neighbouring room had barking dog. Only vent In bathroom was a window. NEVER AGAIN !!"

"SCAM HOTEL!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I checked in, and went into my room. I IMMEDIATELY saw the TV had a crack in it. So, I called the front desk and told them that I just wanted to let them know about it. She said, "Ok, thanks for telling me, I'll make a note in your reservation." I stayed 2 nights and left. Fast forward a week later, I get a $600 charge on my credit card. I call the front desk and she says, "I just looked up your reservation, and there's a note that says your TV had a crack, so we're charging you for that." I KNOW ABOUT THE NOTE, I CALLED TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE CRACK WHEN I CHECKED IN. She says she can't do anything and gives me their "Customer Service Number." I Called at LEAST 10x a day, for 6 days straight, no one EVER answers the number, and no one ever calls you back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Simple rooms. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Microwave. Fridge, no freezer,. Gf or size balcony facing the ocean, but the freeway between the Inn and ocean killed this place. All you hear are the cars. Situated on pretty grounds. You could tell this place was the place to be back in the day, oh my goodness, I can only imagine all the fun and excitement. None the less. Nice, secluded. Decent. Clean."

"When we first checked in, we were surprised at how big the room was. We stayed in the king suite, and the room was great, clean, and quiet. The Inn sits on a beautiful bluff outlooking the Pacific Ocean. I suggest researching the hotel a bit before you decide to stay. Just some advice."
