"The staff was nice, just doing their jobs. However the rooms and maintenance of the hotel is low quality. 1. The bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. 2. When at the pool and asked the receptionist for extra towels she said they didn't have any. 3. You can tell the bathroom we stayed at had water damage on the ceiling and there was a hole. 4. The rooms had a smell to them, and the chair to sit on looked like it was picked up on the side of the road 5. The bedsheets had burn holes. 6. The stairs on the exterior are deteriorating and can be a hazard if someone gets the foot stuck between the metal that sticks out. Overall it did not look clean and upkept. Per my 5 year old son "lets not go back to that hotel mom, it was nasty""

"Very horrible experience and one of the worst La Quinta inn I've ever stayed in. The whole room was outdated and not only that the shower drain would go down when showering. Also, requested more towels to shower since I had two people on my reservation and they only gave me one towel that was the size of the rugs. I called to request more and the receptionist Jessica said they didn't have any clean towels until the morning. I told her to put me on the list to get clean extra towels in the morning and nobody bothered. Very dissapointed on the customer service and the service overall that was provided. Needs serious upgrading. Don't even get me started on the amount of homelessness going on outside of the hotel. Where is security when needed. Overall horrible experience and was the first and last time I will be staying at this La quinta location."

"This is a loud place to sleep. At first, I thought the noise from the four surrounding highways would make it difficult to sleep, but it all blended into one long continuous white noise. The tub had brown draining marks that were worn into the tub material and a large brown spot behind the toilet next to the tub. It had a musty smell. The breakfast was included and should have been a discount if you ate it. The coffee was terrible and old. The staff was disinterested and obviously just passing time to get a paycheck. All in all, it was a terrible experience, even for one night."

"Our first room Trash on the floor, a broken chair and hair all over the bathroom and smelled like cigarettes. After requesting a change in room, the second room was no better. The bed was awful. The shower was even worse. The homeless population outside. We won’t be back."

"Looks like they went through this place . Fresh paint ,new floors ,clean ,fresh room. Beds very comfy and super quiet room . Got a good sleep here . Pool and hot tub were nice . Did not go for breakfast . Homeless stuff under the stair case ,but over all fresh outside paint and landscaping was good . Came in at night and no issues in the well lit parking lot. Will stay again !"
