"Tried to contact someone regarding a notice of backflow check valve failure. Woman answering main number was rude and basically useless. Had no info and did seem to care. Kathy was so much better. Always nice. Always helpful."

"I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. The woman is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Never responded back to me even when she claimed she would. Was very unconcerned about my issue with my water bill and billed me multiple times for a property I had already moved out of. Even though they had all the information needed for the move."

"Worst customer service I have experianced. I moved out of state so I need to turn off my water (obviously). When I call the ONLY number listed I am directed to an automated message. My only options are press 1 for boil water notices or press 2 for a third party number for after hours. This would be fine however the business hours are from 8 am to 4:30pm. I have consistantly called since 12pm with no change. When directed to the third party they just flat out tell me there is nothing they can do because the main office doesn't answer their phone. I can't even get my new account number (which apparently changed at the beginning of the New Year without my knowledge). Basically, I can't access my account, no one answers their phone to assist and the person who is supposed to be answering after hours to help is pointless because they don't know how to help anyone. Horrible service. Glad I moved.."

"We had a water leak and because of a family issues we paid the huge bill and didn't pursue it. Months later they gave us a credit without us asking. That is amazing service!"
