Reviews of United States Postal Service
"Laura was really kind and helped us right away!"
"When I entered the post office on my usual mail run, I not only did not expect the kind of rude behavior that I found, but I was amazed by it. The short lady with black curly hair was in there yelling at an elderly gentleman who was confused about where his package was. He was trying to explain that it arrived at the post office and he wanted to pick it up, but she kept yelling that she's going to go get her manager, who never came. Then she went to another desk and I asked if I could borrow a little bit of tape and a pen for my international package. She barked at me that she had another customer then said the flowers are pens and only priority mail gets to use tape. I've been to this post office several times and all of the nice clerks have allowed me to use small pieces of tape for a one time use if I needed it, but this worker, with a Boston/Chicago/New York city accent was adamant that I would have to purchase an entire roll of overpriced tape just to tape one label down. I went over to the priority mail tape, since I couldn't remember if my international package was priority or first class, and taped the edges of my label down. I thought it was priority mail international, but when it was my turn to be lambasted by this lady it was made known that I definitely was wrong. The first thing she did was try to rip the priority tape off of my package! I told her to stop and hand it back. Paid for the package that she had already handled and left. This lady ruined my entire day after seeing the way she treated that confused elderly man then treated me. I was about to say something I regretted, so I left without a receipt. I of course needed that receipt but don't want to go back because I know I'll say something out of line. I've never seen behavior like this from anyone that is supposed to be in the customer service industry. This was sad, maddening, and disheartening to see and experience."
"Awesome staff! This is my regular post office and every time I've gone in there the staff has always been wonderful. Today when I was leaving, I got to my car to find that for the first time ever I had locked my keys in my inside... and it was running. As embarrassed as I was at my own stupidity, I went in to explain and ask to use their phone. The two staff members I had talked to were both happy to help me and offered their assistance however they could. Not that I am surprised by this, but had they known the morning I had, they would have realized how much that meant to me. Thank you!"
"I am not a fish eater although I do eat it especially Cod from Culver's me and a friend had the fish fingers, best fish I've ever had. The wife had the fish sandwich special and you CAN right home about it, she said it was fantastic. Culver's can't touch this place, the 4.5 star reviews we read were WELL deserved!!!"
