"This. Is my first visit to the office. I was handed a stack of paperwork to sign. Some of the docs were not related to my injury. I Asked questions about the docs and was given vague answers by receptionist. Next Met with another person that told me I MUST sign remaining docs in order to be treated or serviced. I advised I had questions about docs. I was given clarification on one of the docs and I signed the doc. I started to asked questions concerning the next doc. The person for what ever reason said she is getting her supervisor. When supervisor arrived he told I was rude. I asked what did I say or do that was rude. No reason was given. I did I apologize that was never my intention be rude. I just wanted to be clear on what I was committing to. I was seeking clarification by asking questions. I was asked to leave. Which I did. Still confused on what I did. Was told apology accepted but never told what I said or did to offend. Advice is to go there sign all docs do not ask questions."

"By far the best treatment I have ever had at any Dr. Office. I have had several treatments to my back and I am pleased with the results. I was very skeptical to have shots in my back and an RFA done but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Excellent Doctors and staff."

Davis, Koehler, and Galloway are WAY competent; funny; caring; THOROUGH. I have received MULTIPLE calls after hours, just to check on me. WHO DOES THAT?!? Evie (sp?) and the Staff are SUPER. They also have two side-by-side offices/clinics for all of your health needs. They literally saved my freakin' life, and I ain't kiddin'!!"

Docs in the office take the time to listen, care and give you the best care to your complaints. Doc, RIck Galloway is amazing and caring. I was very happy with my care, surgery I had at TBOSG. They are always very welcoming, caring and treat you like family. Office is clean and very well set up. The doctors have great bedside manner any the staff goes above and beyond. parking is in the rear of the building. They do have one other location in Palm Harbor.
