We strive to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. Please ensure you have a physician referral before making an appointment and arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork, including your medical history. If you have had any diagnostic tests performed, please bring the results to your appointment. It’s also important to bring all current medications and your insulin pump, if applicable.
