"I have always used Walgreens in the past, and I’ve had rather good experiences. However, This experience changed my perspective. While I do enjoy being able to call and check on the app whenever my prescription is ready, I have had a tough time getting my location for my main pharmacy changed, and every time I call the phone number, I am always redirected to another line. I was redirected for different times today. Then, I went into the store and nicely asked for my prescription to be refilled. The girl refill Duron’s prescription, which could’ve been my fault, but then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to go cut contact the other store for them to switch my prescription over. I told her I had called multiple times, and she said she would help me get someone to help me further. Then, She never showed back up and never requested for anybody to come help me. I am very disappointed in my services here."
"Went in tonight to get my husband and my prescription before leaving town for a week. Pharmacy closed at 6 because of low staff. Now I have to go 5 days with my mess. Start paying a decent wage so you can hire reliable staff."
