"Wish I could give this woman negative stars. She gave my son, who was 4 years old at the time, oral surgery. She was very rude to us to begin with, then when she sent our son back out from surgery, his lips were swollen so badly, they looked as if they’d burst. My son was in so much pain and had a strange burn on his foot that was a perfect circle. He had scratches all over his face that weren’t there before. All the nurses at Southeast were horrified and said they had never seen anything like it. Dr. Sheets wouldn’t even come talk to us after. Luckily, a Pediatrician was on call that day. He was wonderful. He sent us home with his personal cell phone number, which came in handy because my son ended up getting a staph infection on his mouth, so the pediatrician immediately ordered us a script of the medicine we needed to tackle that, just by looking at a picture sent to his phone. I wish I could post photos of what Dr. Sheets did to my child. They’re hard to look at. Absolutely horrific. Now my child is terrified to go to dentists."

"I think you have the wrong Dr Sheets Roman. Dr Susan Sheets doesn't extract wisdom teeth. Or any permanent teeth for that matter. She is an excellent pediatric dentist and is great with the kids. Mine love her!"

"My poor granddaughter has been threw so much, we had to find a real dentist to fix everything she did to this babies mouth. After Dr Sheets got threw with this baby she was traumatized!! Luckly enough we found a great dentist to fix this mess...Thank you Ridge Kids Dental in Paragould AR!!"

"Dr Sheets lied to me about the process of wisdom teeth removal, profitted off of me getting them removed for no reason, agreed to let me keep my teeth after removal for educational purposes and then refused to give them to me after the operation and threated to have someone excort me and my mother off the premises. Bad service, greedy doctors. Avoid this place if possible."
