"Polite staff and the area was clean. We've been seeing Dr. Scherrman for 8 years. Great Dentist!"
"I have been here since 15 minutes before my kids 10:00 appointment. I was told by staff my kids would not be seen til after 12, and I had to take my dad to his doctor appointment at 12:30. Not professional. The only reason I’m here is because of headstart!"
"Horrible. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN. If I could zero stars. I would."
"Terrible experience. Was not told this ahead of time and found this out when we got there. They expected us to hand over our young child to have a dental exam in preparation for dental work. This was our first time here and we, nor our child, had met them before. Parents and guardians are not allowed inside the office and must wait in the car. When I spoke to the office manager about this she told me maybe I should find a practice where they allow a parent or guardian to come in with the child."
"Dr. Bennet referred my child to Dr. Scherrman because my son was in pain and they could save his tooth. I called her office and talked with Lacy her assistant. She said I had a 5 year old bill and would not accept partial payment for the bill it would have to be for the full amount. So I said you want accept my insurance and a partial payment on the old bill and are denying services, she said yeah. After we went back in forth about ethics and the bill she said I am not denying services and will speak to the doctor. She calls me back and schedules my son in pain to January and oh by the way you have to pay the bill in full before treatment. I will pay the bill but will have no desire to use her dentistry she has money principals, I have care principals. I will explore every option before using their dentistry. I respect they got to have their bills paid but to deny someone because of an old bill is outright ridiculous."
