"I had an MRI with contrast done here, i had an immediate allergic reaction to the dye. They tried to keep me in the machine and i made them take me out. They immediately saw that i was having a reaction and gave me Benadryl. HOWEVER, how i was treated after this is what mad me extremely mad. They kept taking my blood presser and it was high and i made them call 911 because i was completely out of it, could hardly move or talk. EMS arrived and when asking the staff what my vitals were all they kept telling them was "it's fine" EMS asked again what are her vitals? They finally told and EMS and they stated that high that's high.. They looked at him like he was dumb. Then after the fact i called to get information on what kind of dye they used so i know to watch out for next time. The head lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She called me a lair and that i was faking and i did not have an allergic reaction. (ER confirmed i did). She should be fired for how she treated me, i will NEVER come here again. DO BETTER!!!!!"
"After having a mylogram by Dr Murigan, I was in severe pain. The number given to me to contact him did not work. When we called the office, they had no record of me being a patient. Would not recommend this group or doctor to anyone. Southeast Hospital says they are not affiliated with this group- they only contract space. Just another warning. Southeast should not allow these groups to use their name."
"I had many, many x-rays read, CT scans, and MRI'S Due to a compression fracture in my L 5 vertebrae that left me with a T3 to S2 fusion. This joke of an outfit billed my medicare and medicaid and hospital assistance insurance for everything but two x-rays that they had to read. They turned me in to the collection agency, and when I called them and told them that they should have billed that to one of my 3 insurances, they told me that that was my responsibility even though I was in the hospital, on drugs for pain, and didn't leave for 3 months. They said they would not take any sort of deduction and I was SOL unless I wanted to pay I wanted to pay for it. Be very careful, and read your bills… These people will screw your credit up for the next 7 years. I have 2 left to go… I am disabled… so they're definitely gonna eat this bill!"
"Pleasent staff at check-in. Large seating area with comfortable padded chairs. Staff announces for patient appointments in a distinct voice, and each person introduces themselves to patients when called. Not sure about billing, I've heard a lot of horror stories about multiple bills on the same procedure."
"The other reviews are spot-on. This is a disgusting and vile organization. Horrible billing practices and absolutely no help when phone calls are made to discuss bills. I never leave reviews but I'm so furious and horrified with their practice that I had to do this one. Got xray done in august 2016, never received bill until March 2017 after it was too late to submit to insurance. Even after my insurance ageed to pay it (due to the extenuating circumstances) they are still billing me and sending me to collections. I believe this was done intentionally so that they would get higher "cash" payment rather than lower insurance negotiated rates. They need to lose their accredidation for the fraud and dirty practices they use on a daily basis!!"
