"This is my experience with Dr. Saleem Saiyad and the staff at Premier Vein and Vascular: I came to Dr. Saiyad with a heart issue that required immediate medical attention 1. I had an appointment on 6/13/22 I did not receive the heart monitor that was necessary to make the diagnosis till 6/28 from his office even after multiple phone calls. The office staff kept blaming the heart monitor company and I ended up in the ER without the heart monitor. The heart monitor company said they never got a request. 2. I called the office to get the needed cardiology medical records for another specialist, the receptionist was too lazy to help me get the records and told me a false name when I asked her who she was. Dr. Saiyad confirmed that there was nobody by that name in that office when I called him. 3. I had a test scheduled at a hospital and the hospital called me the day before saying Dr. Saiyad would not show up. I had to call the office multiple times to ensure that the doctor would show up to the test. 4. If you need to reach somebody on call for cardiology, good luck. I had bad side effects from a cardiology medication. Dr. Saiyad was out of the country for 2 weeks, told me to stop the medication cold turkey and go to the ER. He said there would be nobody on call to help me otherwise . When I called my PCP about stopping this medication, they said it needs to be titrated on a two week schedule otherwise could result in death or a heart attack if stopped cold turkey. If you want to gamble with your heart condition, have an irresponsible, unethical cardiologist who is too lazy to take calls and actually care about your health or office staff that is rude to you and gives you false names so they don't have to get your medical records- please call Premier Vein and Vascular for an appointment. I will also be sharing my experience with Dr. Saiyad and reporting him to the Medical Board."
