"First off I would like to say that my agent Raynel was excellent and did all he could do to help me. But I would also STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON WIRELESS! I bought new service from Verizon wireless and the next day it was cancelled because my identity couldn't be verified, even though my identity was verified in the store, and my service can't be restored with Verizon. In addition to that Verizon is still charging me my first months bill for one day of service and will not refund my service fee paid in store. This is a terrible business model and I will never do business with Verizon again. Update: I contacted the email and was told they can't help. What a scam."

"Helpfulness is nonexistent. While they had us call Verizon corporate as they were not able to assist unless you are purchasing a phone, they cranked up the music in the store. Apparently making things even more difficult after not being able to help you, is their first thought"
