"Had a small problem with a purchase and headed to the returns area. I was helped by Lisa. She was so wonderful and actually ended up saving me money with her suggestions. So I went and spent more! I have always shopped at Kohls and people like Lisa make me enjoy it."

"This place has gone way downhill. I went to get shoes and the section was destroyed. Boxes and shoes all over the floor. Clothes on the shelves. None of the display shoes matched the boxes beneath them. And when I went to talk to customer service and let them know a MANAGER said “it’s Christmas in retail deal with it” ever since Kohl’s started catering to younger people the quality and customer service has tanked. I won’t go back"
