"VERY POOR SERVICE I am buying for more than 18 years at Publix at Camelot. Though prices are higher there, I was always happy with the wonderful extra service at the cashier. Till today I never made such a bad experience and saw such poor behavior of the Publix staff. I bought goods for more than 200$ .My shopping trolley was really fully packed. The poor little lady at cashier box Nr.1 worked hard with all my stuff. She looked out for some support from her collegues while packing all my bags,but nobody of the other staff helped her. At the same time 5(!) Publix staff people in their green shirts were standing together talking and laughing,just 10 feet away from us in front of the restrooms.I could not believe what I saw. They ignored us completely. These staff people saw us.The cashier lady waved for their support, but nobody helped her. I finally did the packing together with this poor cashier lady. I wanted to talk to the manager about this.I was told he is not in.The young boy at the lottery cashier was not interested to hear my complain, he seemed really bored. There was no offer to bring my heavy and full trolley to my car. I am 60+ and my wrist was broken before. I am really upset and angry and this is my first comment. Next time I go to another Publix or even better to Walmart or Aldi.These supermarkets do not offer any cashier service at all,but their prices are much lower."

"I had just come back from the pharmacy. My pharmacist name was Brian. He was so kind and helpful. My order was alittle more complicated due to it having to be transferred from another pharmacy. And even tho they were busy he was very patient. It was all handled in a very timely manner and he wished my little one to get better. Iv never had anything but pleasant experiences at Publix. Brian is a great employee hope he gets the praise he deserves."

"I really like this place because it is my local Publix, I sometimes bike here and it's always so fun! I normally go to the store and get some treats, and the workers are nice. And when I go with my mother, and we bring the food groceries home and eat them, all the food tastes so good! Good job :)"

"Something about Publix just doesn't give them 5 stars. The layout of the store is compact, dysfunctional, and feels like an escape room. The prices are $$$, and produce is subpar. An excellent store is seed to table in Naples, sendiks in Midwest, and Metro markets are just some to go visit to see what competitors have. The music at these stores are cherry picked, the layout is organized and functional. The photos are NOT a Publix."
