"This pharmacy does not deserve any stars. Customer service is the worst. Called and was continuously placed on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Went to pick up a prescription that was called in by dr hours before. After waiting 20 minutes in line I'm told it's still not ready. People were wandering around in the back and not helping the line of customers. The staff was complaining about customers who were rightfully voicing their frustrations in ear shot of all of us in line instead of doing their damn job. This is not the first time I have had issues either. My auto refill never works and I am constantly having to call, waiting forever to get assistance. I set up for delivery and its never delivered. There is no excuse for this piss poor level of service. Answer your phone, help your customers, and work efficiently. It shouldn't take 3-4 hours and more to put 20 pills in a bottle. Update; never received notification prescription was ready. Called again and was told it was ready, asked why I wasn't notified answer was I don't know. Only after I called 15 minutes later did I get the notification. After getting the prescription it was a prepackaged bottle. It took all night to take a bottle off a shelf and slap a sticker on it. I will be contacting corporate and leaving this pharmacy. Do better!!!"

"I wish I could give this Walgreens zero stars. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in the pharmacy. They just don't care. Currently, I've been on hold for OVER AN HOUR to ask the pharmacy staff a question. As a former Walgreens pharmacy staff employee, I genuinely know how unacceptable that is. Even in person, they act like you're an idiot and are bothering them by simply picking up your script. Will be tranferring"
