"Great place greater staff ... but one suggestion is to not make workers ask customers for donations ... put a sign and call it a day ... last thing people want to do after dealing with these inflation prices , is to have someone ask for a donation .. Other than that , this publix is superior to others when it comes to customer service ... best employees I've ever seen for 8 years straight ..."
"Publix is great! I always love their food l, it’s perfect when you get home late, on the go, or in a rush! Their bakery is really good too! The only complaint is prices but overall I love this place!"
"The store is clean and well stocked with good selections. The bakery wasn't as good as I recall it from our last visits in June of 2021. I found the prices to be higher than those currently in Michigan at comparable markets, even with using the loyalty program discounts. The customer service also is not as I remembered it from previous visits. This is especially true of the younger persons manning the checkouts, which, unfortunately, has become a sin of the times more often than not. I'll check out Winn Dixie in the next couple of days for groceries while we're here in the Cape and see if things are any better."
"Very clean and large store with plenty of products on the shelves. Friendly checkout staff. The only thing keeping it from a five star review, and it is not their fault, is that it is right next to a Target store and the parking lot is a mess."
"Excellent customer service from Chris. Sorry I don't know his last name but he spoke Spanish. He helped me bringing my 96 year old mom from the bathroom area to the front on one of the electric wheelchairs because it was difficult for me to do it with my mom on it. I really appreciated his help. He was not only willing to help but did it with compassion and love. I hope companies would have more employees like him. Thanks. with compassion and love towards the an old person."
