"We had an amazing experience with Suncoast Marine this past week. I spent 3 days on the phone with Garmin trying to fix the auto pilot on our Bluewater 23T. I was getting no where with Garmin’s phone support so we ended up contacting Suncoast for help. We drove the boat over, all the way from Orlando mind you, and they had us fixed up in no time. We spoke with Collin and Mike over the phone to schedule the service but Eric was who actually helped us. He was kind, considerate, and CLEARLY knew his stuff when it came to our electronics. He was able to streamline our system, fix the auto pilot, and show us some cool Garmin features that we didn’t know existed. If we ever build a boat again, we will absolutely be consulting these guys to get us rigged out correctly. Thanks guys!"

"I was only going to be docked in Clearwater for a week, including the MLK holiday. I had about 3 or 4 electrical issues, including my chart plotter and wind meter. I called on Friday evening, hoping they might squeeze me in late the next week. Instead, the owner called me from his cell phone on the way home, offered some very useful advice on things I hadn’t thought to do, and asked me to call him after the holiday if I still had any issues. He explained that they have about a 2-week waiting list, so I didn’t get me hopes up. I managed to fix one of the issues based on his advise. When I called back 3 days later, he had Mike (a great guy) come out that morning. Fewer than 2 hours later everything was repaired and working great. This was WAY beyond my expectations. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. Now, my boat is humming along just great!"
