The Home Depot

"NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot in the Tampa area. Especially if you want it installed. 3rd party installers are from XPO and they are the worst. Will find any excuse in the book to not deliver, or to not install. Ordered a washer for delivery and installation. The driver glanced at the connections and said "Home Depot doesn't let us work on them when they're like that." Honestly did not know what he was talking about but got a very bad feeling where he was going. I'm sure for an extra $20 he could "overlook" the "problem." Hey pal, it's Righty tighty, Lefty loosey."

"This Home Depot professionals were extremely helpful. I asked questions to service people in different areas and every service person was very helpful. I am sold on Home Depot! You should be too."

"One of the worst Home Depot in the area. Since they went to all self checkout and one cash register only open, it takes forever to check out at this store. The self checkout won’t let you do quantity at self checkout which I have done at different stores. So what the hell is the point of these self checkouts then!! Hire more cash register people and make them more efficient at what they are doing. I spend so much at Home Depot due to my company but this is such a huge waste of my time! Manager didn’t simply care about this issue and shrugged it off like it isn’t their fault. This store needs to fix this issue asap! Also more of the employees chit chat here instead of work and help someone. Corporate needs to get involved with this store."
