"Love macys but there never is enough people to check you out, I have to walk around looking for someone. The staff is very helpful, store is clean and they have clothes for e every size."

"Mandy, the girl working in the cosmetics/ perfume department is really professional and loves her job! I saw her handle a phone order over the phone where it was hard to hear the customer and she was very patient and professional. She then happily helped me wrap a dior perfume that I had purchased from another associate that wouldn’t help me and wasn’t as professional as Mandy"

"We went there to find a sport coat & 2 pair dress pants *& socks for my husband. We really liked the styles/colors. The lady that helped us was very patient and kind. We had a wedding to go to this weekend. Their prices were a little higher but the quality was much better than the other stores we visited that day. Overall we were really impressed how the store was set up."

"Their "Back Stage" items are decent deals. Signage could definitely be better. Hard to find checkout, restrooms, and elevator. Didn't locate any price check scanners and the app wouldn't work for price check either. I did find the cutest little snowman and snowflake platter though. That was a plus for me."

"A very run of the mill Macy's. Not all Macy's are created equal. They usually cater, at some degree, to the local market forces, and reflect the style of the people. So, the Macy's in Unión Square in San Francisco is different from the Macy's near downtown San Diego, with the former selling more unique high end fashion while the later has more of an urban sensibility. This Macy's seems directed at the most mainstream of populations. So, don't expect to find much outside of that sensibility."
